1-Bed Flat in Central London • Holiday Sublet

Hi!

I'm looking to sublet my flat from December 22nd to January 12th as I'll be away from London (dates flexible).

The flat is right by the top right corner of the beautiful Burgess Park, south of Bermondsey. It's quite spacious for the location (1 king-size bed, 1 large living room with a separate kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio + garage), very peaceful, and full of light!

I'm looking for ideally 1 person (but 2 people considered) - someone who is tidy, respectful, and can care for the flat during their stay. I'm happy to adjust dates and also discuss other ways to make it a good stay :)

I'll share more pictures and any other info in DM; the asking price is just to cover house expenses, so £70 / night or £1,450 for three weeks (all bills included).
