Lovely double bedroom in East Dulwich/ Peckham Rye

We're George (29) and Alex (28) and we're looking for someone to join us in our home in East Dulwich / Peckham Rye as our current housemate is sadly moving.

George has lived in the flat for the past three years and Alex for a year and a half. We both work full time Monday - Friday, mostly in the office but with some wth flexibility. We're very social and enjoy hanging out, but we keep a chill and clean home and are respectful of each other's space.

You would be taking a spacious double room in our lovely three-bedroom flat. It comes part furnished (bed frame, mattress, and desk all included - but expendable if you don't want them!). We share a great communal kitchen-living area and you would share an upstairs bathroom (with a bathtub and shower) with one other.

We're in a great spot near Goose Green, less than 10 minutes from East Dulwich Station and 15 from Peckham Rye Station. We're around the corner from Lordship Lane and only a short walk away from Peckham Rye Park.

The room is £816 per month plus bills (approx £120) and is available from Sunday 18th January. The deposit is £884 and we will arrange a tenancy swap with our managing agents.

Unfortunately we can't accept students, couples, or pets.
