Large Double Room in High-Spec New Build – Short-Term and Long-Term Let

I’ve recently moved into a high-spec new build flat and am looking to fill a large double bedroom. There’s no minimum stay. As the flat is still newly set up, I’m very happy to purchase any additional items needed to make the room comfortable for you.

The flat is ideally located:

15-minute walk to Peckham Rye Station (direct links to London Bridge, Victoria, Clapham Junction, and the Overground to Dalston Junction)

10-minute bus to Elephant & Castle and Oval

Tesco Express and Londis within 5 minutes

Large Aldi within a 10-minute walk

The area is full of great bars, restaurants, bakeries, and cafés, with plenty going on locally.

I’m looking for someone friendly, tidy, and respectful — bonus points if we share a few interests.

About me: I’m an easy-going American who’s been in London for 10 years. I enjoy gaming, late nights out, wine on the couch, and watching shows or films. My previous flatmates and I were very close, so I’m hoping to recreate that same judgement-free, relaxed, and comfortable home environment.
