Third Flatmate Wanted – Modern SE15 Flat

Hi There! We’re looking for a third flatmate to join our home in a brand new flat on Old Kent Road, Southwark (SE15). I’m a 30-year-old Business Analyst working in energy trading, and my cousin is a 20-year-old Economics student in university. We’re friendly and sociable (football, movies, and the occasional philosophical debate), but we also keep the flat clean, calm, and respectful—a comfortable place to relax after work or study.

The apartment is new and fully furnished, has all amenities such as laundry machine, 1GB WIFI etc, has a indoor cycle storage and private sitting area outside.
The room itself is also fully furnished and the size of which is 3.6*3.3m.

The offer: the room is available from 1st February for £1050 without bills or £1,200 per month all bills included. We ask for 1 months upfront including security deposit on the first month.

Why the location is great: there’s a bus stop right outside the flat, making it roughly 30 minutes to Central London and about 20 minutes to London Bridge by bus. If you prefer rail, it’s around a 9-minute walk to Queens Road Peckham for the Overground.

Who we’d love to live with: a young student or young professional who’s tidy, reliable, and considerate, and who’s happy in a home that’s friendly but not chaotic—social when it suits, quiet when it’s needed.
