The home is shared by a couple (two women) and an 18-year-old young man, in a calm, family-like and respectful environment. Everyone has their own space, and harmonious living is highly valued.

The shared areas are the kitchen and bathroom, always used with respect, order, and cleanliness.

We are looking for someone who, like the rest of us:
• works or studies 📚💼
• enjoys a calm environment
• respects common areas and privacy
• maintains good habits of cleanliness, order, and care

Based on previous experiences, visits are not allowed, and no one else may stay overnight. The room is rented exclusively for one person only.

🚭 Smoking is not allowed inside the house, only in the outdoor garden areas.

🐱 There is a cat living in the house.
🐾 If you also have a kitten, you may bring it — it is totally allowed, as long as:
• it is your responsibility,
• you take good and loving care of it,
• and it gets along well with our cat.
