Hi, a newly refurbished bedroom is ready to welcome a professional or student. It comes with a double bed, bedside table, desk, huge wardrobe. This is a well-maintained two bed flat in a quiet estate on Ground floor, parking is available upon to resident permit. You will share a well-equipped kitchen, smart toilet, a separated bathroom with floor heating, and a cosy lounge with a dining area with me.

Currently, only me (live-in landlord) am living in, and the spare bedroom is available for an ideal lodger to look after the room and communal space, although short let is welcome to discuss this with an ideal candidate. Please note the room is for individual only and it is available immediately.

I like to keep the flat quiet and comfortable for rest and recover from the busy day; but also welcome to have a night out to explore the city and experiences. I enjoy cooking and philosophical chat as culture and knowledge exchange.

The flat is around the Old Kent Road redevelopment area, well connected with buses, stations and amenities.
- 10mins walk to Burguss Park, Canticum Retail Park, Asda, Lidl, Iceland
- 15mins – 20mins walk to Peckham high street, Peckham Rye station, Peckhamplex, Copeland Park etc.
- 30mins to London Bridge/ Waterloo

Rent and deposit are £900/m, bills are roughly £160-£180/pm (include Council tax band B, water, internet, TV Licence, electronic and gas), subject to the use. Cleaning on a rota basis but happy to discuss alternative arrangements.
