Hi!
We have a huge double bedroom becoming available in our 5-bedroom house share located between Peckham Rye and Nunhead.
The room itself is furnished and sits on the top floor. It gives a nice bit of privacy as it’s tucked away from the main living areas. You’d be sharing that top floor with just one other housemate, and you both share a master bathroom on that level, so there aren't any morning queues for the shower!
It’s a huge house with a garden, which is amazing for the summer. The current housemates are all working professionals who love a chat but also respect each other's space, so we’re looking for someone similar to join the mix. FYI: one of the housemates also has a super friendly cat called Jeff, so being comfortable around cats is a must 🐈
The rent is £1,100 per month and that includes all bills (gas, electric, water, council tax, and wifi). The room is available from the 11th of February. There are no hidden agency fees to worry about, though references will be required.
