The house is spacious and recently renovated, with a big kitchen and open plan living room where we genuinely spend time together, while still respecting each other’s personal space. It’s a friendly, calm household rather than a party house.
You’d be living with me, one other girl, and three guys — one PhD student and two working professionals — all easygoing, clean, and considerate.
We also have two kittens 6 months old🐾
The room is available ASAP / from today or early February.
£850/Month, all bills included!!
No couples & no more pets
Ideally, we’re looking for someone genuine and long-term, though short-term can be considered for the right person.
As we’ve had a lot of time-wasters previously, we kindly ask that you only message if you’re genuinely ready to move in ASAP, with the right visa status and some form of reference/proof of income.
