I’m a 30-year-old Business Analyst working in energy trading, and my cousin is a 20-year-old Economics student in university. The offer: the ensuite room is available from 1st February for £1600 per month all bills included. We ask for 1 months upfront including security deposit on the first month.
Why the location is great: there’s a bus stop right outside the flat, making it roughly 20 minutes to Central London and about 15 minutes to London Bridge by bus. If you prefer rail, it’s around a 9-minute walk to Queens Road Peckham for the Overground.
