SE15 - All-Female Group Looking for New Housemate

We're a house of five young women all currently studying at Goldsmiths, looking for an additional female housemate to move in at the start of April. The rent is £965 per month. Bills are paid separately and come to £49.94 each per month. We are in council tax band D.

- Room comes furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookshelf and end table. We can also request a desk and chair from the landlord.

- House has two bathrooms, a communal living room, a combination washer/dryer, and a spacious garden with a deck area.

- Well-connected on public transport: less than five-minute walk to Peckham Rye and lots of bus routes nearby. We are also surrounded by shops, cafes and restaurants.

- Very social and friendly group who spend quite a lot of time hanging out in the shared areas of the house - cooking / eating together, playing games, watching movies etc. Also all running on different schedules, so always respectful of noise and keeping things tidy.
