The room is a studio so has a bathroom, (I do not have pictures of the room as I haven’t moved in so the pictures posted are from the website, the bathroom is very nice and spacious) toilet, mini kitchen with fridge and oven and other appliances. Has a desk and wardrobe as well if you are students. Under the bed storage as well as there is a gap under the bed. Double bed and only one bed so great for couples. The building consists of a gym, common room which includes a pool table as well as tv and PS5, there is even a dining room you can reserve for a certain amount of time to hang out with friends. There is breakfast twice a week as well as free tea and coffee A secure bike storage is included, 24/7 parcel store, night concierge, social events, roof terrace.

The room rent price is for dual occupancy unless you are able to cover the rent on your own. It is cheaper for those who want a dual occupancy compared to what’s shown on the website as for dual occupancy is usually £50 more per week. So is over £1000 cheaper.

If you agree to have this room please understand you will be taking over my contract for the room. The contract is for 51 weeks starting September 11th 2026- September 3rd 2027 so pretty much a year. And the exact rent per week is £439.20 or is £219.60 each if you are a couple or friends (dual occupancy).

In my contract the rent payment is every three months instead of paying weekly as I am a student. So this would be great for students especially those who also have help from student finance.

For the advanced rent payment it is £500 but for dual occupancy it is £250 each. Which is then reduced from one of your rent instalment.
