We are looking for a lovely girl to take over a room in our gorgeous 4-bedroom house in Camberwell. I'm moving back to Aus and need some one to take over my lease.
📍Location:
Camberwell - close to bus transport links with Kennington & Elephant and Castle (Northern and Bakerloo line) both about 30 minute walks away
Peckham and Camberwell are both about a 10 minute walk down the road, with access to Asda, Tesco and Lidl close by. We’re super close to Burgess Park too, perfect for the summer!
🏠The House:
A modern, fully furnished 3-storey flat with:
Spacious open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining room
Downstairs bathroom
Garden- stunning in the summer! We love to have dinner or a drink out there.
Non-smoking & no pets
🛏️ The Room:
This bright room comes fully furnished with:
Double bed
Bedside table
Large built-in wardrobe
Desk and chair
Two large chest of drawers
There will also be a full mirror which I can include if you wish to keep it!
You'll share the bathroom with two other girls.
👯♀️The Girls:
You'll be sharing with three social, tidy and friendly girls aged 25-27. We love to hang out together but are respectful of each other's space and routines.
Sydney (26) works in politics in Westminster and enjoys watching whatever sport is on tv, coffee walks and the occasional pub trip.
Jess (25) is a social strategist in film and TV, loves pop culture and hot goss, pub trips, nights out and watching trashy films. Chloe (27) works in recruitment, in the office 5 days a week. Outside of work she enjoys running and keeping active, baking and discovering new coffee/pastry spots!
💸Rent & Dates:
Rent: £895 per month, to be paid on the 28th of each month
Bills: are not included. We split all bills evenly- gas/electricity, wifi council tax (band E),and water. This is roughly £140 per month
Deposit: £895
Move-in: 28th June 2026 (This can be pushed forward a couple of days if needed)
Tenancy: to be renewed 28th September 2026
It will be a lease takeover and name change. Estate agent will need references, UK guarantor and landlord approval.
