🏡 Double Room Available – Move in ASAP (SE15)

Hi! We have 2x double rooms available in our shared flat in SE15, as 2 of our flatmates is moving out. We’re looking for someone to move in ASAP (from the 1st or next month) and ideally stay until the end of the tenancy on August 6th (with a possibility to renew, but not guaranteed). And room 2 is also available.

👥 About us
We’re a friendly mix of young working professionals (mid-20s), half girls/half guys. Everyone’s easygoing, respectful, and social—we do the occasional flat dinners or outings, but also value our own space. Very international household (British, Belgian, Portuguese, Brazilian, Jamaican backgrounds), all speaking English.

🧼 Who we’re looking for
We want someone:

Clean and tidy (especially in shared spaces – very important)
Respectful and considerate
Not a heavy partier / not high all the time
Responsible and pays rent on time
Ideally around our age (20-27~)

(No pets, sorry!)

💸 Rent & deposit

1 month rent + 1 month deposit (depends on the room)
