I am looking to share my newly redecorated flat with someone just 2 minutes' walk to Queen's Road Peckham station (Zone 2; 10 minutes to London Bridge by train and 20 minutes to Shoreditch by Overground Windrush Line).

The room is ensuite (shower, bath, toilet and cabinet) and comes with brand new bed, mattress, carpets, bedside table, lamp, small table and chair, and built in closet.

I've always rented in London so have made it a quiet, clean and calm space. The flat stays cool on warm days and gets light from two sides (north and west).

Rent is £1050 pcm. Bills (electricity/gas, water, and council tax band C) are likely to come to ~£130 per month per person. Broadband and TV licence are included.

I'm ideally looking for a working professional who goes into the office a few days a week, and keeps regular hours.

I realise it's a tricky dynamic sometimes with a live in landlord but I've always been a very tidy and respectful housemate, so will keep that going in this place too!

About me:

I've been living in London for 11 years and Peckham for the past 3 and love the area. I like to explore London galleries, exhibitions and restaurants when out and cook and go to the gym when home. I work in the office 2-3 days a week in Shoreditch in social impact. I don’t smoke.

I’m looking for a non-smoker who likes to keep a clean house and works in the office at least part of the time.
