Discounted room in Robeson House (only female)

I’m looking for someone to take over my room at LSE Robeson House from any point between now and September. The move-in date is flexible!

The room is a bright, south-facing ensuite room on the 8th floor, with a private bathroom and plenty of natural light throughout the day. It is in an all-female flat.

The original price for the room is £235 per week, but I am offering it at a discounted rate of £210 per week, which is approximately £900 per month. All bills, WiFi, and weekly cleaning service are included.

The room comes fully furnished with a desk, chair, and wardrobe. I am also happy to leave several useful items for free, including a duvet, kitchen supplies, and storage/organisation items, making the move-in process very easy.

Robeson House is located right by Burgess Park, with a direct bus to LSE campus. The kitchen and dining area are very spacious, and the building has excellent facilities, including a gym, cinema room, laundry, bike storage, common room, outdoor terraces, shared kitchens, and study/collaboration spaces.

My flatmates are very friendly and welcoming. We often do things together, such as hikes and supermarket trips, and I would be happy to show you the flat and introduce you to them.

Eligibility: only female postgraduate LSE students are eligible to take over the room.
