Private floor available in a house in Peckham / East Dulwich. Just a 2-minute walk from Bellenden Road, a vibrant area with a great selection of pubs, bars, and independent shops.

The room has its own en-suite and is part of a shared house, occupying a private floor. You’ll be living with four young professionals who are sociable and enjoy socialising together.

The room is available from 5 June to 27 June, with some flexibility on dates if needed. All bills are included in the price.

Currently there’s 3 gals and a fella (26 - 29) working the 9til5, with a couple of days wfh a week but enjoy chilling/ cooking together in the evening. All have pretty busy schedules and often in and out but also like to see as much of each other as we can (pub, dins, walks/runs, general cultural excursions).

Situated between Rye Lane and East Dulwich and less than a 10 mins walk from Peckham Rye station and East Dulwich Station, as well as bus routes. Close by to lots of independent shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets, with the leafy bellenden road 2 mins away ?
