Room available in a beautiful bright split level flat which comes with a sunny roof terrace. It’s a three bedroom, one bathroom flat but currently the third bedroom is used as an office.

Looking for a fun and tidy flat mate that’s down for a glass of wine and exploring the local spots. It’s in a great location in Queens Road Peckham, there’s some lovely wine bars and cafes on the doorstep and a short walk from the more buzzing Peckham rye area, also spoilt for supermarkets being near a Lidl, Aldi, Morrisons and Asda then a small Tesco just round the corner for last minute essentials.

It’s seconds from the station (but set back enough to not be disturbed by train noise) so you can get to London Bridge in just 8 minutes and it’s on the windrush line which gets you to east London and towards Clapham junction super easily, there’s also fantastic bus connections.

The flat is a lovely space and I want to find a flatmate that respects that and makes an active effort to keep it that way.
