I'm moving out of my lovely room in a modern flat in Camberwell so I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy while I head off travelling!

The flat is bright, modern and spacious, with a light and airy living room featuring two Juliet balconies. The bedroom has space for a small desk, although I've been working from home at the desk in the open-plan kitchen/diner, which will be staying and is available for you to use.

You'll be sharing with Harry, a 28-year-old professional who works in the City. He's easy-going, sociable, and always up for a trip to the pub, while also appreciating a relaxed home.

The location is fantastic:

* Just a few minutes from Burgess Park (perfect if you're a parkrunner or enjoy getting outdoors!)
* Close to the lovely Brunswick Park Cafe with its yummy miso brownies
* Around a 15-minute walk to Camberwell's brilliant pubs, cafés and restaurants

The flat comes furnished, and the kitchen includes a washing machine and an air fryer.

Bills are usually around £140 per month. You'll also need to complete the landlord's usual referencing and tenancy checks.
