Large Double Room Available in Old Kent Road

Hi! We’re looking for someone to join us in our 2-bed 2-bath flat in Old Kent Road. The flat is in a lively spot that’s well connected and has options for supermarkets, a variety of local food spots and green spaces (including Burgess Park), with Peckham nearby for fun events and activities.

Transport links: If commuting by bus is your preference, there are bus stops right by the house (Less than 2mins walk!), with alternative links to Central London via Underground from Elephant and Castle (Less than 20mins by bus), trains from Queen’s Road Station (10 mins walk) and New Cross Gate (About 20mins walk).

Plenty of shops nearby: Aldi, Lidl and Iceland all reachable in less than 7 mins, B&M, Tesco, Asda and more shops a bit further down Old Kent Road.

You’ll be staying with me (Salima, 31), and my partner Martin (also 31). I work in retail and Martin in the public sector. We’re fun loving foodies that love plants, travelling, cycling and music. We’re pretty chill and looking for someone that’s friendly, tidy and can love our home and respectfully enjoy it along with us.

About the room

It is a large double bedroom with a floor to ceiling window (and a great view!). It will come with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair and a lot extra space (You can let us know if you would like to bring in some of your own additional furniture).

About the flat

It is a 2 bed, 2 bath flat. The main bathroom is next to the room so easy access. The flat has an open plan kitchen living dining with direct access to the balcony with amazing views of London. The kitchen includes all the appliances: fridge, freezer, oven and electric stove, and you’ll be having your own designated space to keep and store your food stuffs and the sorts.
