Two rooms available in a beautiful bright split level flat which comes with a sunny roof terrace, right by Queens Road station Peckham.

Looking for fun and tidy flat mates that are down for a glass of wine and exploring the local spots. It’s in a great location, with some lovely wine bars and cafes on the doorstep and a short walk from the more buzzing Peckham rye area, also spoilt for supermarkets being near a Lidl, Aldi, Morrisons and Asda then a small Tesco just round the corner for last minute essentials.

It’s seconds from the station (but set back enough to not be disturbed by train noise) so you can get to London Bridge in just 8 minutes and it’s on the windrush line which gets you to east London and towards Clapham junction super easily, there’s also fantastic bus connections.

The flat is a lovely space and I want to find flatmates that respect that and make an active effort to keep it that way.

You’ll be living with a girl aged 31 and the rooms are suitable for someone in their mid late 20s to mid 30s, larger double is available now and the smaller double needs to be furnished before move in but does have an integrated wardrobe. Latest move in mid October.
