Double room to rent in 3 bed house

I’m looking for someone lovely to share my home in Peckham with me and my rescue dog. I own the house and it has three bedrooms (I use the third as my home office), a garden and an outdoor gym.

I’m a professional in my early 30s with a pretty busy job, so I’d ideally love to find someone of a similar age and with a similar lifestyle - independent and busy with their own life, but also up for the occasional glass of wine/dinner/chat at home rather than feeling like complete strangers!

Being a dog person is essential 🐶 I have a rescue dog from Sri Lanka who is very much part of the household, so I’d love someone who will enjoy having him around. I also have a cleaner who comes twice a week, and my dog walker pops in regularly during the week.

The house is a home rather than a typical flatshare, so I’m looking for someone who will treat it as their own and who I’ll genuinely enjoy living with.

I’m currently thinking short to medium term, although I’m happy to be flexible for the right person.
