Looking for a fun lady (over 26) to join two friendly females in a gorgeous open-plan, modern townhouse in leafy East Dulwich, Zone 2. Situated 2 mins from Goose Green and 5 mins from the infamous Lordship Lane with its many pubs, boutiques and restaurants. Its a 7 min walk to both E/D and Peckham Rye overground and then 7 mins to London Bridge.

The house has been finished to a really high standard for a rental property. Situated within a private gated mews, it has real wooden flooring throughout, a fully fitted and integrated kitchen & bathroom with power shower, dish washer, wine cooler and all the usual mod cons throughout incl. Sky TV, LG Plasma, WIFI, etc. There's also secure parking, a good sized, partially decked, private back garden accessed from the large glass sliding doors in the lounge. It far exceeds anything I have ever seen on the rental market in this budget and the area is brilliant so its def worth seeing in person as pics r slightly rubbish!
