There is a big market with full of various shops and a huge library in Peckham side.
The room has 2 beds, 2 wardrobes.
Rent is for a person is 320 pounds per month included all bills (gas, electricity, water and internet). Deposit is 150 pounds.
There is no minimum stay; you can stay as much as you wish. But there should be two week notice before the leaving date.
