Beautiful cosy room in Victorian House

I am looking for a mature professional 30+ who is clean tidy and looking for somewhere to call home. Monday - Friday. The room is tastefully decorated with direct access to the garden which backs onto the train line. The house is equipped with all mod cons washing machine; microwave etc, there is also a large attic to store stuff away. I am easy going and works full time in education, I enjoy reading and arts & crafts. Train and bus routes are brilliant, 8 mins to London Bridge 18 to Victoria, 2min walk to Queen’s Road train station, and Tesco Local, a short walk to local shopping area and cinema. Goldsmiths and University of Arts London is a short bus ride away. Some bills are inclusive and you will need to provide a deposit and references
