We are looking for an independent professional or possibly a student who wants to live in a clean, comfortable, quiet, safe and friendly house.

The room is for one person but the occasional overnight guest could stay by arrangement.

Could suit someone while they are searching for a more permanent home.

Age and gender not important but must be a non smoker and clean and enjoy living in a clean and tidy home very close to several transport links.

Would also prefer not working from home other than the odd occasion.
