Bright, clean room in Victorian House

A perfect room for early birds who like the Morning Sun as it is very bright. It has its own sink.

It is a quiet/chilled/creative/female household so we would like someone who would be happy with that.

We have a (quiet) and friendly dog. and a timid, gentle cat.

We have a large garden backing up onto Burgess park. Large kitchen with dining space.

The room is suitable for a non smoker, clean, respectful, mature person.

(No couples - its to small sorry)

The house is close to all amenities.

Great transport links: by bus 10mins to London Bridge or Tower Bridge, 20mins to the City, Waterloo.

About the area:

The house is in a very convenient location as we are 5mins from 2 large supermarkets, little local shops, a pharmacy, cafes.
Burgess Park is facing our back garden.
You can find there is a lovely cafe serving local food there as well as tennis courts, a large pond, an outdoor gym, a playground and lots of wild life.

In Peckham you will find a fitness centre, lots of colorful shops, an art gallery, seasonal markets and well-known establishments such as Bussey Building and Franks Café.
There are lots of trendy bars and restaurants as well as Londons cheapest cinema.
We are also walking distance to Maltby street market and Bermondsey street which is home to the Fashion and Textile Museum & the White Cube gallery.
