Nice room in a sharing flat. Zone 2 Peckham

We are a Spanish couple (25 years old both of us) and we are proud to announce a pleasant room in a friendly flat at zone 2.

The room came with a double bed and wardrobe. The livingroom is a peacefull place for relaxing at the final of a busy day, or staying a good day off laying down at the sofa.

Bathroom and kitchen have been completely refurbished.

The house is a groundfloor located in a nice area next to the Peckham's Library. Morrison, Poundland and diferents economic market are next to the house.

So many direct buses to areas as Hackney (20min), Elphant and Castle (15 min), Holborn (35 min), or King Kross. Which will avoid you to pay an expensive oyster.

You can always have a walk to the overground (Peckham Rye or Queens Road Peckham.)

The council tax and Internet are included at the price, otherwise gas and electricity must be shared.

The deposit is 650, and the minimun staying is 3 months.

We really look for someone friendly, clean and respectfull.
