Luxurious large furnished double room available

Hello, Me & my partner want to rent the largest room in our house. It used to be unused and thought that renting it out will do justice to it.
It's a bright room, with a bed, Television, sofas & lot of space. It's a well maintained room. It's 5 mins walk from Queens Road Peckham station, 5 mins from Nunhead station & 10 mins from New Cross gate.

There are two toilets in the house. Rent includes all bills. We just recently installed Very High speed fiber optic broadband.
