The flat is located in a nice quiet residential area very close to amenities and supermarkets( ALDI is literally 5 min walk from home) Also, it comprises of a large eat-in kitchen, bathroom and two toilets.

Kitchen is fully furnished from Fridge down to forks and knives.

On the other hand, the room is fully furnished starting with a comfy mattress, fitted-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and beside table.

Bills include Gas, Electricity, Water, Council tax, TV Lin also cleaning of communal areas on weekly basis. All cost £20 per week to paid altogether with the rent on monthly basis.
