Hey! So, my flatmate is moving out since he landed a job in another place. Right now, we're renting a room in Peckham to a chill gay guy since we’re not really into partying at home. The rent covers all the bills, plus you get a Chromecast, and internet. room available from 6 of January.

.The flat is divided in 2 floors, The bedroom is on the top floor with another room and toilette , than we have 2 rooms downstairs, and the kitchen.

Zone 2, south east London, Located on the main Road, the flat is just 4 minutes’ walk from Peckham Rye station, the overground takes 10 minutes to Victoria station, 10 minutes to London Bridge, Elephant and Castle. The bus stop is just a few steps away, very well connect to the the centre. Peckham itself is a vibrant and fashionable area, and there are plenty of good cafes, bars and restaurants minutes away! if you are into GYM, we have 3 gyms nearby. One of them is open 24hours. if you are into movies, we have a cinema 5 mins walk.

I forgot to mention we have a cat in the house. so if you are allergic to cats, not right for you .
