Housemate wanted

We need a housemate to fill our spare double-room in our 4-bedroom house on Coll's Road, a 15 minute walk from New Cross. You would be sharing with three drama graduates. Please note that we are unfortunately unable to offer the room to a student for financial reasons. The room will be available from 24th September but we need to find a housemate as soon as possible. The road is situated in a Victorian residential area with superstores, transport links and take aways all within walking distance. The rent is £400 per month excluding council tax and utility bills which will be divided between us. If you're interested or know anyone else who would be interested, please message me on spareroom.
