Double room with large wardrobe available in new modern flat. Living area is open and spacious and there is plenty of storage around the apartment. There is a winter garden which let's in lots of light and there is access to the rooftop terrace. Shops are very close by and there are good transport links (Elephant and Castle, London Bridge, Waterloo).

Looking for a quiet, non-smoking professional who is clean, tidy and respects the place. I pretty much keep myself to myself, but I'm also friendly and open to socialise. I'm a keen foodie and I'm usually out trying the latest new restaurant when not working. I work for the NHS as a Business Manager.

There is also a washing machine/dryer, large flat screen TV and all essentials including a fridge freezer. Bathroom consists of a wet room, shower only.
