Double room to rent with river view

Hi,

I am the current housemates looking for one person to take over my room in this comfort, nice house facing Greenland dock water sport centre.

There are 4 rooms in total in this house. The one for rent is one of the double room on first floor. This room furnished with double bed, studing table, wardrobe and chest drawer.

A shared living room and kitchen with gas hobs, microwave, and washing machine are on ground floor and a backyard. The house offers 2 bathroom with shower, which means you share the bathroom with one more person.

Bills are NOT included, so we need to pay council tax, gas, electric , sky digital, BT group fees ever three months. Water fees pay ever half year.

This house is on the side of Greenland Dock so the double room have a beautiful viewing of the river( Surrey Docks Watersports Centre).
