There is access from the rear of the property to a low-maintenance garden and a secured bike shed .

THE FLATMATES:
We are a 40+ Italian gay couple that has lived in London since 2007. We are quiet and friendly, tidy and respectful. Ideally looking for the right person to share a glass of wine, the occasional netflix series, a rant about work and world affairs, but also leave each other space.
We are a live in landlord and thus take care of the property (if anything needs fixing) and looking for someone that threats it more like a home than a flat share.

Located in SE16, 5 min walks from Southwark Park and adjacent to a quiet cycle route linking Greenwich to Waterloo.

8 min walk from Surrey Quays overground station
15 min away from Canada Water underground station and Surrey Quays shopping centre
10min from South Bermondsey train station (5min train ride to London Bridge)

SE16 is a fairly quiet and residential area with plenty of green areas around and beautiful long walks along the Thames
