Buddy Up! - Dbl big bright room

Hello,
My name is Vanesa. My contract expires in a couple of days and I am looking for someone to buddy up with and extend a new contract. (my flatmate found love, good for her not so good for me)

Before you read the rest know that I am lovely, I have just had very bad luck with some people I shared with previously and it has scared me. So I prefer to be super honest with what I'm looking for.

I love my place and I would hate to have to give it up.
I'm looking for the perfect partner to buddy up!

Things you need to know ABOUT ME:
- I like things to be tidy and clean (not in a freaky way)
- I hate unnecessary noises (loud music, slamming doors, stomping on stairs, shouting, those sort of things), I appreciate the use of headphones!... no parties unless agreed first.
- I am a vegetarian and love to bake. So you can't be on a diet because I need to share the calories.
- I work from home and spend a lot of time inside. (at least for the time being due to the pandemic)

What I expect FROM YOU:
- Cleanliness, quietness, consideration (anything is up for discussion, communication is essential).
- I would prefer if you didn't cook any meat or fish (at least not everyday)

Things to know about the house and the area:

HOUSE
- 2 bedrooms and 1 shared bathroom (with bathtub) upstairs
- 1 bright and spacious kitchen, 1 toilet, one huge super bright living room shared space with table and 4 chairs.
- Parking spot included
- Furnished or unfurnished (discussable)
- The whole apartment is super bright
- It's really comfy and spacious
- There is no TV
- Our floors are quite creaky (so tread lightly)

AREA
- Our neighbours are lovely and quiet
- It's only a few steps away from the riverfront
- It's served by 2 bus lines (c10/381). This is super convenient. Only 10 min away from Canada Water Station or Rotherhithe Overground Station.
- There area is quiet and safe
- There are some pubs near by
- There is a Co-op only 3 mins away and a huge Tesco 15 min by bus or 30 min walk (this seems like a lot but I promise once you are here you'd love that walk).
- There is a natural reserve behind us.
