We have a four bed with one of the rooms taken already by an LSE student heading to the second year, so the ideal scenario would be LSE undergraduate students who are also going into second year. This can be a group or buddies or individuals.

There are two double bedrooms and one single available and we are looking for another 2 - 3 sharers as we may turn the single into a study room.

The house is 2 minutes from Bermondsey tube, and has a garden at the back.

There are four bedrooms.

1. Double ensuite (shower, loo and sink) with fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and a bookshelf, bed, desk+chair. £850
2. Double with access to two shared bathrooms, bed, bedside table, fitted wardrobes too. £750
3. Single room with a small double bed (but we will probably change this into a large single), wardrobe and bedside table, and you will have access to additional storage space all to yourself downstairs in a large cupboard. Access to two shared bathrooms. £650
4. Double loft room is currently being built with access to two shared bathrooms. £950

There is a shared large lounge and kitchen and separate toilet downstairs.

We have a back garden that's perfect for catching rays in the summer or a nice BBQ, and a front garden for those with green fingers and a shed to store bikes etc.

We share the drive with the landlord who rents it out, so this isn't really for a car owner. If the tenants have visitors, then they can book the drive at no cost.

We have nice neighbours and quick access to West End, Bermondsey, Tower Bridge, Canary Wharf, City Shad Thames and the river.

On the bus, it's around 36 mins to LSE, or 30 mins on the tube.

The house is available from 1 September.

Utility bills and TV service are not included, but electric, water, gas - should be around £62.50 - £75 each per month depending on sharers and usage levels. There is no council tax as long as you are students - we suggest that any student that drops out be responsible for the council tax payments from then on - and landlord will pay for fast broadband for next two years. The council tax band is E.

First set of viewings will be 21 - 25 June, though please contact landlord if those don't suit as virtual and other opportunities may be possible.

Although the place is available to groups and individuals you would need to sign a single contract for the house as a group of sharers.

The floor plan is not final for the loft, as we will make minor amends, and the shower room will be shared not en-suite.
