Hello,

I have a bright ensuite double bedroom available from 5 September 2025. Since I am in London only a couple of nights every few months, you will basically enjoy a two-bedroom flat, for the price of a one-bedroom flat!

The flat has been completely refurbished to a very high standard. It is a two bedroom, two bathroom flat with a large living kitchen (with dishwasher, washer-dryer, induction hob, build in microwave, oven, fridge-freezer). The flat has wooden floors throughout.

There is super fast fiber internet and a TV in the living room (with Netflix). The flats gets cleaned twice a month by a professional cleaner.

The flat itself is located in a quite small development, only 6 flats in the building. The flat overlooks a very quiet walking path with big green trees.

It is a very nice neighborhood to live in (I have lived in SE16 for the past 7 years) with lots of local amenities, such as: Great Pubs, River walks, Stave Hill Ecological Park, Surrey Quays Farm, Docklands Settlement Centre,...

Both Canada Water Station and Surrey Quays Station are within a 10 min walk. There is also a bus station within 1 min walk. The Canary Wharf – Rotherhithe Ferry station is within a 5min walk, making a the commute for a City worker around 15mins in total.

The flat comes with a dedicated parking space. There are many public EV chargers within a 5 min walk. There is a space to store bikes in the shared garden.

The Surrey Quays Shopping Centre is a 7 min walk, with a very large Tesco for your shopping. A Nisa Local is within a 5min walk.

As the flat is fairly spacious and I am not there often (see below), the flat would be very suitable for a couple. Please note that there there will be a surcharge of £200 per month for double occupancy

About myself:
I am running an online art gallery from my home in Belgium, where my family (partner and 2 daughters) lives. We have lived in the flat previously and now relocated permanently. However, I still have some business in London and will therefore visit London once every two to three months (for aprox 2 nights). This means that I am only in London for work for a couple of days. The rest of the time, you will have this nice 2 bedroom flat entirely for yourself.
