Huge Bright Double Room in House Beside Park

Three bedroom house looking for third flatmate! The largest double room in the house has become available. It is a bright room the back of the house, with 2 windows, and has a view of the garden which we have permission to plant up and make lovely 😊
The rooms comes furnished with a bed and wardrobe. There is also a small sink in the room.

The shared areas include a bathroom and large open plan kitchen and living room. We’re directly opposite the gorgeous Southwark park and a 2 minute walk from Surrey Quays station, Canada Water (jubilee line) is a short ten minute walk away.
We’re council tax band C.
We (the current housemates- Ella and Sanna), very recently moved in and are excited to make the flat our home.

A bit about us:

Ella- British, almost 25, policy officer at a children’s charity. Loves animals, veggie food, random craft projects, left wing political chats and a good cup of tea!

Sanna- 33 year old Canadian, working in a property development company, likes going to museums, pescatarian, been in London for 10 years.

Who we’re looking for:
We’re keen to find someone who fits in well with the house and is looking for a relaxed, friendly and tidy home. We’re not a party house so ideally looking for someone quieter but any pets you might have would be very welcome! The move in date is flexible but ideally we want someone who can move in before the end of September.

Viewings:
We will be holding viewings on the week starting the 16th September: Thursday evening, Friday evening, Saturday morning and Sunday all day.
