I have a spare double room with a separate private bathroom that I am considering renting out to the right person. The room is in a cosy two-bedroom house with a small living room, an office room, and a spacious garden.

Ideally, I am looking for a professional who is super easygoing and spends weekdays in London. The room can also be booked on a daily basis and a small luggage can be left over the weekend if needed.

The house is conveniently located just 5 minutes away from Surrey Quays Overground and 10 minutes from Canada Water Underground Station (Jubilee Line - Grey). You'll have easy access to a wide range of amenities, including a large shopping centre, various restaurants, beautiful parks, a swimming pool, gyms, yoga classes, and a dock with a fantastic view of Canary Wharf - all just minutes away.
