I am renting out my lovely flat whilst I live away for work. I would welcome a professional woman to rent my property, however I am open to offers.

This flat is perfect for Canary Wharf (less than five minutes from Greenland Pier for the Uber boat) but equally I usually work in Westminster; the nearest tube station is Canada Water (Jubilee and Overground lines). The flat is cosy but roomy, split level (bedroom and bathroom upstairs). There is a smart TV in the living room and super-fast broadband . Whilst located in Zone 2, it is central enough to visit all London has to offer whilst still calm and peaceful.

Rent includes broadband (Hyperoptic), water and utilities are negotiable. Council tax not included. Parking free of charge.
