Looking for a new roommate to replace myself ideally by the end of October 2025.

This 1-bedroom (which is a part of a 2-bedroom apartment) is part-furnished with a double bed and 2 standing wardrobes (the desk and other furniture will be left in as a courtesy). The room is incredibly spacious. The shared spaces (kitchen and living room) are modern with plenty of storage space. Both the bedroom and the shared balcony overlook a beautiful podium garden. Available for £1200 (all bills included).

This 2nd-floor flat is located in the heart of a modern development that feels like an oasis in the city. The flat also comes with a brilliant and lovely concierge service (all included in the rent). There is also bicycle parking on the ground floor. There are multiple shops within a 2-minute radius of the flat, as well as a Tesco Extra and the Surrey Quays shopping centre, just 10 minutes away.

The location of the flat is perfect for commuting into the city both for work and leisure. Both Surrey Quays Station (Windrush Line) and Canada Water Station (Jubilee & Windrush Line) are just a 10-15 minute walk away. Rotherhithe Station (Windrush Line) is also a 15-minute bus ride away. There are also plenty of bus routes (bus stops are within a 2-minute walk from the apartment) in the area and easy access to the river boats via Greenland Surrey Quays Pier, just 10 minutes away.

This house is LGBTQ+ friendly, and female housemates are preferred. We are looking for a fun professional to join my current roommate.

The move-in date for the flat will ideally be between 30th October - 1 November 2025 until September 2026. The new tenant will be required to provide employer and tenancy references and all other relevant documents to the letting agent.
