One double room available for rent, just 5 mins from South Bermondsey Station.

We are looking for someone who:
+ Is a working professional in their late 20s
+ Would treat this house as their home
+ Has their independence, but also happy to hang out with the other flatmates occasionally (shared living room and kitchen)

About the property:

+ Located 5 mins from South Bermondsey stn, 15 mins from Bermondsey, 20 mins from Canada Water and 15mins from Surrey Quays overground
+ Several bus routes and night buses available
+ Walking distance to grocery stores and Surrey Quays shopping centre
+ Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom
+ Washing machine located in the kitchen
+ Space for a drying rack in the bedroom

About the flatmates:
+ i am a working professional in my late 20's. I enjoy swimming, practice yoga, and dance!
+ 1 student, completing her masters. Loves to travel and hang out with friends :)

Bills total ~ £100-150 per month per person. This is for council tax, gas, elec, water and wifi.
