Large double room and private bathroom

I’m looking for a female housemate to replace me in a spacious two-bed flat in Surrey Quays / Canada Water. This has been such a lovely home for the past four years, but I’m now moving out of London.

The room is a furnished double with a built-in wardrobe and comes with private use of the main bathroom, as the other bedroom has an ensuite. The flat is arranged over two levels in a Juliette-style layout, with the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs.

The property is in a residential area, just a few minutes’ walk from the Thames Path and Surrey Quays. It’s also a 12-minute walk to big Tesco Extra and Surrey Quays shopping centre!

Transport links are excellent: a two-minute walk to bus stops on the C10 and 381 routes, and around 12 minutes on foot to Canada Water Underground station or Surrey Quays Overground.

You’d be sharing with a hard-working professional who’s also very social, friendly and enjoys good food and a bit of trash TV!

Ideally, I’m looking for someone clean, respectful, friendly, and happy to have a chat while also enjoying their own space. Move-in dates are flexible for the right person. This would be to take over my contract which runs until the 6th August.
