Room available on wide beam houseboat

Hi,

I have a room available on a glorious wide beam continuous cruiser. The Grand Union canal and River Lee will be our main home as we glide through the water and live off the grid!

I’m looking for a serious, responsible person to rent a room on a truly special widebeam boat on a long-term basis. It offers huge floor space and a distinctive Arab/Mediterranean-inspired interior, finished with high-quality materials throughout.

Important: Continuous Cruiser Licence (Read Carefully)

This boat is licensed as a continuous cruiser, meaning it must be moved every 14 days across the London Grand Union Canal and surrounding areas.
This rental is only suitable for candidates who are comfortable following these rules.

Availability & Viewings
• Available from 16th March 2026
• Long-term only
• Viewings take place during March (first come, first served)

This is the chance to live off the grid and experience the beauty of London and its canal system. Experienced boaters are preferred but not necessarily but be aware this is a lifestyle choice. You will need to commute to work comfortably from different locations and be available to cruise and move the boat with me.

I can show the right person the boating life ropes. If we are going to be boat mates then it is important that we are friends too.
