Hello! Me and my flatmate Elisa are looking for a third housemate to join us in our gorgeous 3-bed house by Greenland Dock 🌿
You will be sharing with 2 working professionals. We are friendly and helpful, and while we enjoy the casual chat and dinner, we both work long hours and the house is where we can relax after a long day. We like to rest and unwind by watching TV Shows in the evenings (Bridgerton is a household favourite!).
This is a calm home where everyone respects each other's space and routine, and so we are looking for a friendly, tidy, reliable person who is considerate of other people's space and values peaceful living.

No couples, no smoking allowed in the house, no pets.

• 15-minute walk to Canada Water station
• 7 minutes walk to Surrey Quays Shopping Centre with Tesco, Boots, Superdrug, Starbucks etc
• 2 stops from London Bridge from Canada Water

• The house has 3 rooms in total
• House is located in quiet, safe residential area

• Spacious and bright double room with double bed
• Fully furnished
• Wall closet, big chest of drawers

💸 Rent & Bills
• £900 per month
• Bills approx. £155/month each (Council Tax Band F, Hyperoptic broadband, Gas & Electricity, Water)
£1038 deposit
• 1 year minimum contract
• Available from early May 2026

• Ideally professionals that mainly work in the office, and limited WFH.
