🏠The flat - Apartment on the top floor (4th floor), with direct roof access from the flat.

3 bedrooms, 2x bathrooms, combined kitchen and sunny living room with a balcony!
You would share a bathroom with 1 other female.

The room is cosy, very bright with lots of sunlight from the window (window can open fully)! Furnished with a double beed, 1 set of draws and cupboard to hang clothes. Majority of my personal belongings will be gone (as pictured) so it’s fully available for your things (I can leave bedding, washing basket and towels behind)

The flat is on the top floor, with an elevator and we have a porter/reception every day:
8am-8pm Mon-Friday
8am-6pm weekends
Parcels never go missing.

👭Flatmates:

During the sublet you will be living with 2 other females German/American girl and an Australian/Samoan girl. They are all ages 25-30, 1 works from home full time, the other is a teacher aid. Both are very easy to get along with!

Great for those travelling or in between trying to find something permanent.
