Official tenancy takeover at Landale House (Student Castle), 101 Lower Road, London SE16 my plans changed before move-in, so I'm looking for a full-time student to take over my tenancy for the 2026/27 academic year.

The room: Silver Non-Ensuite Plus, around 8m², fully furnished with bed, desk, chair and wardrobe. Shared bathroom, kitchen and living area with flatmates. Photos are from Student Castle's official listing and are indicative of the room type.

The tenancy: fixed 44 weeks, 12 September 2026 to 18 July 2027. £267 per week with ALL bills included electricity, gas, water and 100Mbps WiFi. No deposit payable. Council tax: exempt for full-time students.

The building: 2 minutes from Surrey Quays Overground, short walk to Canada Water (Jubilee line). Common room, study areas, courtyard, bike storage, laundry, secure fob access, on-site management team. Great for Goldsmiths, KCL, UAL and UCL.

How it works: this is arranged officially through the Student Castle office. You book and sign your own agreement directly with them, and all payments go to Student Castle no money changes hands with me at any point. You'll need to be a full-time student, and if you want to pay in instalments Student Castle will ask for a UK guarantor. Single occupancy only no couples, sorry.
