Hi,
I'm looking for a kind and respectful working professional, that will treat the place like home and keep it nice, clean, tidy. You must be non-smokers. No drugs allowed at all, in or around the property.
1 to 3 months, with potential to extend month by month thereafter. Flexible with move-in date and price.

I'm only at the property when I have to work in central London so keeping one room spare for myself.

£648 per week (equivalent to £2808 per month), bills included.
This bedroom has a king-sized bed, 2 bedside tables, a chest of drawers, a large 3-door sliding mirror built-in wardrobe and the ensuite has a large shower, toilet and sink.

Bedroom 2 - Double

£579 per week (equivalent to £2509 per month), bills included.
This bedroom comes with a double bed, a desk, a chest of drawers as well as the large main bathroom, which has a shower, bathtub, toilet and sink.

A bit about the property:
- 5th floor, 2-bed, 2-bath new-build apartment (there are lifts)
- large open plan kitchen and living room
- terrace/balcony
- triple-glazed floor to ceiling windows throughout
- kitchen has a built-in induction hob, double oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher
- utility/storage room with washing machine
- bicycle storage room in basement of building, accessed using fob.

About the area:
- Elephant & Castle tube/train station 10-minute walk away
- bus stops outside the building, towards the city centre, Liverpool St station, London Bridge, Tower Bridge etc.
- Santander bike stand down the street which is handy for getting around the city
- lots of new restaurants, cafes and bars have recently gone up in the area
- great location for food shopping as the street itself has a fresh food market, Lidl is 5 mins away, and a big Tesco and Morrison's is less than 10 mins away too
- takes about 30 mins to walk to all the bridges around the area so great location if you work near any of those too, you can save on commute costs.

- Deposit fee of 5 weeks rent in advance
- Reference checks will be required
- Bills included are utilities, council tax and broadband/WiFi.
