Large double room in a 4 bed 3rd/4th floor flat. Shared bathroom, toilet, home office, kitchen and living room with 2 full time flatmates.

Flat is 15 minutes walk from both Kennington and Elephant and Castle for access to the tube. Buses to most of London from outside the front door of the building. Tesco is 2 minute walk and Morrisons is 5.

Bills are currently each: gas and electric £29.50, cleaning £33.50, council tax £30 (Counsil tax band B), water £20 and internet £13. For a total of £126 a month.

The room is fully furnished with a bed & mattress, a bed side table, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a desk & chair. Some furniture will be replaced as it is owned by the current flatmate. We have a cleaner who cleans the communal areas once a week, but would be happy to clean additional rooms if organised directly with her. Any additional requests would be considered.

In the flat currently are 1 girl, Ekaterina, and myself full time. We're often around in the evenings and would be happy to get to know a new housemate as much or as little as they pleased.

The building has bay parking at the rear, which is available with a permit from the council, listed as free on their website.

There is a bike locker available for use if required.

No cats or dogs but other smaller pets considered.
