Double room in Kennington house w garden & parking

Hi,

We've got a great double room available in a lovely 3 storey Kennington house. The room is available from the start of September but we can be flexible on the start date if necessary

The house is a two minute walk from Kennington Tube Station and a one minute walk from Kennington Park. It’s a 10 minute ride into central London by tube / 25 minutes by bus.

The bedroom comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, bedside table, chair and it's nice and bright.

The house is spacious for its location, with a large kitchen, living room and bathroom shared by 3, a back garden with newly laid decking and a BBQ. We also have a TV and two fridges.

Rent covers all bills, including a cleaner.

There is also the option of a car parking space.

We are 3 guys, all professionals, who are sociable and enjoy a beer together in the garden but are also respectful of each other’s space. Ideally we’re looking for another young professional who will have a similar work/life balance.
